Following an announcement by the ICC, it has been confirmed that the United Kingdom will host the first three editions of the Test cricket showpiece.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has declared that the World Test Championship (WTC) finals will be held at Lord’s and the Oval in London in the years 2023 and 25 respectively. These years will be the next two times that the WTC will be held.
It was in 2021 that the Ageas Bowl played host to the very first iteration of the finals, which means that England will have been the venue for all three of the previous iterations of the Test cricket championship.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) has stated that the precise dates for both the 2023 and 2025 finals will be announced “in due course.”
